Tender no Notice and Invitation to Tender

Sol Plaatje University invites tenders for the construction of new North Campus multi-purpose hall at Sol Plaatje University in Kimberley.

It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 8GB or higher.

Contracts will be based on the JBCC Principal Building Agreement Edition 6.2.

Tender documents may be obtained from www.spu.ac.za from 10:00 on Monday 29 May 2023.

A non-refundable tender deposit of R1000.00 will be required as part of the tender documents returnable.

Queries relating to the issue of these documents may be raised using the website query logging facility on the website where the documentation is downloaded.

A compulsory clarification meeting (briefing meeting) with be representatives of the Employer will take place physically at strategic project sites:

The closing time for receipt of on-line tenders is 12:00 16h00 on 12 June 2023.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail, physical and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
