Notice and Invitation to submit an Expression of Interest

Sol Plaatje University invites expressions of interest from contractors to enter into a framework agreement to provide services relating to the construction of civil engineering works and associated site works on various Sol Plaatje University Campuses, as and when required over a 3 year term without a commitment to a quantum of work.

The contract will be based on the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (Option D: Target contract with Bills of Quantities).

Respondents must have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 7CE or higher.

Tender documents may be obtained from www.spu.ac.za from 10:00 on 11 July 2022.

Queries relating to the issue of these documents may be raised using the website query logging facility on the website where the documentation is downloaded.

The closing time for receipt of submissions is 12:00 hrs on 1 August 2022.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail, physical and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
