Notice and invitation

Property owners are invited to submit proposals for the provision of off-campus student accommodation, inclusive of the operation and maintenance of such facilities offered.

Lease enquiry documents marked SPU-COO-092-2021 may be downloaded from SPU’s website at www.spu.ac.za from 10H00 on Friday, 08 October 2021.

Note that previous proposals submitted, which were accredited and/or shortlisted as an outcome of the prior processes i.e. RFPSH01, RFPSH02 need not be resubmitted in response to this RFP.

Proposed bidders may elect to attend a non-compulsory briefing session as per details set out below.

Proposals in response to SPU-COO-092-2021 must be submitted via email, clearly marked SPU-COO-092-2021 by no later than 12H00 on 22 October 2021 29 October 2021 to spurfp.studenthousing@spu.ac.za.

Only proposals submitted on time via email to spurfp.studenthousing@spu.ac.za will be accepted.

Faxed, couriered etc. and/or late proposals will not be accepted.
