Student Housing Short Term Lease Enquiry 01: Sol Plaatje University (SPU), Kimberley Northern Cape 

Individual home owners, other property owners and / or property developers are invited to submit proposals for the provision and / or development of off campus student accommodation, inclusive of the operation and maintenance of such facilities offered.

Lease enquiry documents, marked SHSTLE01 may be downloaded from the University’s website at www.spu.ac.za from 10:00 on Monday, 5th August 2020

Note that previous proposals submitted, which were accredited and / or shortlisted as an outcome of the prior processes i.e. RFPSH01, RFPSH02 need not be resubmitted in response to this Student Housing Short Term Lease Enquiry SHSTLE01. 

Any and all queries in response to document SHSTLE01 must be submitted in writing to Ms Refilwe Taunyane at email: refilwe.taunyane@spu.ac.za.

Proposed bidders may elect to attend a non-compulsory briefing session as per details set out in document SHSTLE01 downloaded.

Proposals in response to SHSTLE01  must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked SHSTLE01  by no later than 12:00 on Thursday, 29 August 2020 in the University Tender Box, which is located in the Entrance Foyer, IT Department, Moroka Hall of Residence, 26 Scanlan Road, Labram, Kimberley (GPS coordinates 28°44'53.9"S 24°45'50.3"E).

Only proposals submitted on time in the Tender Box will be accepted.

Faxed, e-mailed, couriered etc and / or late proposals will not be accepted.
