TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER

PPID/013: Framework contract for the supply and delivery of Bins within the Sol Plaatje University Campuses

Sol Plaatje University invites tenders for Furniture within the Sol Plaatje University campuses in Kimberley. The Sol Plaatje University, will enter into a contract with the successful tenderer.

The contracts will be based on the NEC3 Supply Short Contract.

Tenderers who are B-BBEE status level 1, 2, 3 or 4 are prequalified to submit tender offers in accordance with the provisions of the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2017.

Tender documents may be downloaded from the University’s website at www.spu.ac.za from 10:00 on 22 July 2019.

The Employer will respond to requests for clarification received up to five working days before the tender closing time.  The Employer shall issue an addendum until three working days before the tender closing time.

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12:00 on 22 August 2019 at the Tender Box, Entrance Foyer, IT Help Desk, Central Campus, C001 (Moroka Building), Ground Floor, (26 Scanlan Road) Kimberley - GPS coordinates 28°44'53.9"S 24°45'50.3"E.

Tenders may only be submitted on tender documentation that is issued.

Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late submissions will not be accepted.
