Tender Queries:

Queries relating to this tender must be addressed in writing by using the dedicated submit query button accessible on the online tender box. All tender enquiries must be submitted in a written format. Closing date for tender/ technical queries is 12 February 2024 at 15h00.

Optional Site Visit:

Permitted until 09 February 2024 at 15h00. Bidders should send a formal written request two days prior the site visit to tenders@mintek.co.za

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):

Bidders are required to complete and sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) attached to this RFP and return it to Mintek. Bidders must send an email to tenders@mintek.co.za with the signed NDA attached by 09 February 2024 at 17:00 in order to obtain the detailed engineering drawings.

*NB:  Bidders are advised to send the signed NDA as soon as possible.

Tender Closing Date:

Tenders are to be submitted online using the Online Tender Box that is located on the Tender Notice Page where procurement documentation is downloaded. The tender will close on 14 February 2024 at 12:00pm. No late submissions will be accepted.
