T1.1 Tender Notice and Invitation to Tender
The University of Limpopo invites tenders for the maintenance of the University of Limpopo for a period
of 36 months
The contract will be based on the NEC3 Term Service Contract
It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 5EB or 5EP or higher.
Only tenderers who demonstrate suitable experience and have suitably qualified personnel and
comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data are eligible to submit tenders.
Documents may be downloaded from the Employer’s website www.ul.ac.za from 12:00 on Friday the
26th of July 2024.

A compulsory site briefing and session with representatives of the Employer will take place as follows:

The closing time for receipt of tenders is on 27 August 2024 at 16h00
Tenders are to be submitted through an Online Tender Box at www.secure.sabeexdms.com. (Bidders
must ensure that tenders are uploaded timeously to avoid disappointments).
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail, physical, and late tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
