The University of Limpopo invites tenders from experienced professional cost controllers for
estimation of costs, setting and agreeing on the budget, and management of actual and forecast
costs against that budget for a 4500-bed student housing development at the University of
Limpopo.
Contract(s) will be based on the NEC3 Professional Services Contract (April 2013).
The pre-qualification criteria in accordance with the PPPFA Regulations 2017 are as follows:
• Tenderers who are a B-BBEE status level 1,2,3,4 or 5 contributors measured in terms of
the Amended Construction Sector Scorecard are eligible to submit tender offers.
Only tenderers who comply with the eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Data are eligible
to submit tenders
Documents may be downloaded for free from the Employer’s website www.ul.ac.za from 12:00 on
Monday 08 April 2024.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R5000.00 payable by EFT in favour of the Employer is required
should they decide to submit an offer.
