University of Limpopo (UL) hereby invites Bids from suitably qualified and accredited service providers for the servicing and supplying of firefighting equipment at the University of Limpopo for a period of three years.

Prospective bidders should note the following:

• Bid documents, which include the specification of the service, can be downloaded from the Employer’s website  www.ul.ac.za
• The closing time for receipt of bids is Friday, 17 November 2023.
• All bids must be submitted through an online Bid box at www.secure.sabeexdms.com

• The preferred language of communication is English.

The RFQ will be evaluated on the 80/20 Preference Points in line with the University’s Supply Chain Management Policy. Only those prospective bidders whose bids are 100% complete will be eligible to have their bids evaluated.

The University reserves the right to withdraw any invitation to bid and/or to re-advertise or reject any bid or to accept a part of it. The University does not bind itself to accepting the lowest bid or awarding a contract to the bidder scoring the highest number of points.
