University of Limpopo (UL) hereby invites qualified and experienced prospective service provider(s) in the
external audit environment to submit bids/tenders for external audit for the period covering three (3) financial
years (1 January 2023 to 31 December 2025), renewable annually based on performance and AGSA
concurrence.
Documents may be downloaded for free from the Employer’s website www.ul.ac.za from 12:00 on 4th June
2023. A non-refundable tender deposit of R10 000 payable by EFT in favour of the Employer is required

physical and late tenders will not be accepted.
The Tender will be evaluated on the 90/10 Preference Points system as prescribed by the Preferential
Procurement Policy Framework Act 5 of 2000. Only prospective bidders who satisfy the eligibility criteria
and who provide the required evidence in their submissions are eligible to submit bids and have their bids
evaluated.
The University reserves the right to withdraw any invitation to tender and/or to re-advertise or to reject any
tender or to accept a part of it. The University does not bind itself to accepting the lowest tender or award a
contract to the bidder scoring the highest number of points
