Tender Notice Description:

The University of Limpopo hereby invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors, to submit
their Bids for the Reconfiguration of Ablution facilities at MO and MP Student residences at the University of
Limpopo, located on corner of R71 Tzaneen Road and University Street, Mankweng Township, Polokwane, in
Contract(s) will be based on the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Short Contract (April 2013).
Tenderers must be registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) in a contractor
grading designation determined in accordance with the sum tendered for a class of construction work or
It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB grading of 3GB or higher. Joint ventures are eligible to
submit tenders provided every member of the joint venture is registered with the CIDB;
The Employer is not bound to accept the lowest tender or portion of any tender and reserves the right to waive
any informality in tenders received as his interests may dictate nor is he required to give reasons for selecting
one tender in favour of another.
Tender documents will be published and available for download from the University’s website at as of 28 November 2022
A non-refundable tender deposit of R2 000.00 payable by EFT in favor of the Employer is required
should the Tenderer decide to submit an offer.
