UL2021/08/03 APPOINTMENT OF AN AUTHORIZED MOTOR DEALER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NEW MOTOR VEHCLES

University of Limpopo (UL) hereby invites tenders from authorized and accredited motor dealers for the supply and delivery of new motor vehicles.

Prospective bidders should note the following:

• The closing time for receipt of bids is 12:00pm on Friday, 26^th November 2021

An online briefing session will be held on Wednesday, Friday 12 November 2021 from 10:00-11:30am. For this session, an online meeting link will be published on the Tender Notice Page

The Tender will be evaluated on the 80/20 Preference Points system as prescribed by the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 5 of 2000. Only those prospective bidders who satisfy the eligibility criteria and who provide the required evidence in their submissions are eligible to submit bids and have their bids evaluated.

The University reserves the right to withdraw any invitation to tender and/or to re-advertise or to reject any tender or to accept a part of it. The University does not bind itself to accepting the lowest tender or award a contract to the bidder scoring the highest number of points
