INVITATION TO QUOTE

University of Limpopo (UL) hereby invites qualified and experienced prospective service provider(s) in the professional consulting environment to submit quotations for developing, reviewing, updating, and addressing of current gaps of the existing Finance Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with an objective of enhancing internal controls and benchmarking with other HEIs

Prospective bidders should [MM1] note the following:

• The RFQ bid documents, which include the specification of the service, can be downloaded from the Employer’s website at www.ul.ac.za.
• The closing time for receipt of bids is 12:00 on Friday the 29^th October 2021.
• All bid or quotation documents must be submitted online at eTenders.scm@ul.ac.za.
• Enquiries relating to this invitation may be addressed in writing to Mr. I. Ramaila Email: innocent.ramaila@ul.ac.za.
• The preferred language of communication is English.

The quotation will be evaluated on the 80/20 Preference Points system as prescribed by the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 5 of 2000. Only those prospective bidders who satisfy the eligibility criteria and who provide the required evidence in their submissions are eligible to submit bids and have their bids evaluated.

The University reserves the right to withdraw any invitation to quote and/or to re-advertise or to reject any quotation or to accept a part of it. The University does not bind itself to accepting the lowest quotation.
