University of Limpopo (UL) hereby invites qualified and experienced prospective service provider(s) in the external audit environment to submit bids/tenders for external audit for the period covering three (3) financial years (1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028), renewable annually based on performance and AGSA concurrence.
Documents may be downloaded for free from the Employer’s website www.ul.ac.za from 12:00 on 08 August 2025. A non-refundable tender deposit of R15,000 payable by EFT in favour of the Employer is required should they decide to submit an offer. The following banking details are to be used:

The Tender will be evaluated on the 90/10 Preference Points system as prescribed by the UL Supply Chain Management Policy. Only those prospective bidders who satisfy the eligibility criteria and who provide the required evidence in their submissions are eligible to submit bids and have their bids evaluated.
The University reserves the right to withdraw any invitation to tender and/or to re-advertise or to reject any tender or to accept a part of it. The University does not bind itself to accepting the lowest tender or awarding a contract to the bidder scoring the highest number of points.
