The University of Limpopo (UL), together with Student Life, Governance and Development, invites experienced service provider(s) to conduct SRC Elections and School Council for 2025, mainly based on the system /service requirements, that complies with the, Faculty and School Council Policy, SRC Constitution and Electronic Voting Procedural Guidelines for the University of Limpopo as specified in this RFQ document.

Prospective bidders should note the following:

1. RFQ documents, which include the specification of the service, can be downloaded for free from the Employer’s website at www.ul.ac.za from 12h00 on 04 August 2025.

2. The closing time and date for receipt of RFQs is 12h:00 on Thursday, 07 August 2025

3. All RFQ documents must be submitted through an online tender box at  www.secure.sabeexdms.com.

(Bidders must ensure that RFQs are uploaded timeously to avoid disappointments.)

4. No hand-delivered, faxed, or emailed copies will be accepted. If an RFQ is late or delivered to the incorrect address, it will not be accepted for consideration.

6. The preferred language of communication is English.

7. The University shall not be responsible for, or pay for, any expenses or losses which the Proposer may incur in the preparation and delivery of its Responses.

8. All material submitted in reply to this RFQ shall become the property of the University and may only be returned to a Proposer at the University’s discretion.

1. Responses submitted to the University may be reviewed and evaluated by any person appointed thereto by the University acting in its sole and absolute discretion, except for competitor bidders.

10. The University has the right to use any or all of the information presented to it in any Response to the RFQ as it deems fit.

11. The University reserves the right to withdraw any invitation to quote and/or to re-advertise or to reject any quotation or to accept a part of it. The University does not bind itself to accepting the lowest quotation.
