Tender Notice and Invitation to Tender

The Sol Plaatje University invites tenders for the supply and fitout of a new data centre facility at the Sol Plaatje University, Harry Oppenheimer House, 8 Tiffany Crescent, Kimberley.

Contracts will be based on the NEC3 Supply Contract.

Tenderers who comply with the eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Data are eligible to have their submissions evaluated.

Tender documents may be downloaded from the University’s website http://www.spu.ac.za from 16h00 on Wednesday 05 March 2025.

Queries relating to the issue of these documents may be raised using the website query function, or in writing to email ipmo.queries@spu.ac.za.

No clarification meeting will be held.

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12h00 on Friday 28 March 2025.

Tenders are to be submitted online to the Online Tender Box that is located on the Tender Notice Page where procurement documentation are downloaded. Detailed instructions for online submission are published with the Online Tender Box.  

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail, physical and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
