It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 5ME or higher and MUST have a petroleum.

Only tenderers who demonstrate suitable experience and have suitably qualified personnel and comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data are eligible to submit tenders.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail, physical, and late tenders will not be accepted.
