The University of Limpopo (UL) hereby invites experienced prospective service provider(s) in the Information and Technology Environment to submit quotations for the Supply and Delivery of 110 Mid–Range Desktop Computers as specified in this bid document.

Prospective bidders should note the following:

• Bid documents, which include the specification of the service, can be downloaded from the Employer’s website at www.ul.ac.za.
• The closing time for receipt of bids is 24 November 2023
• All bid or quotation documents must be submitted via an online tender box at  www.secure.sabeexdms.com

• The preferred language of communication is English.

The quotation will be evaluated on the 80/20 Preference Points system prescribed by the University of Limpopo’s Supply Chain Management Policy. Only those prospective bidders who satisfy the eligibility criteria and provide the required evidence in their submissions are eligible to submit bids and have their bids evaluated.

The University reserves the right to withdraw any invitation to quote and/or to re-advertise or to reject any quotation or to accept a part of it. The University does not bind itself to accepting the lowest quotation.

The University reserves the right to appoint more than 1 service provider.
