Tender Notice and Invitation to Tender

Sol Plaatje University invites tenders for the construction of the Agriculture and Environmental Sciences Laboratories Building at Sol Plaatje University.

Contracts will be based on the JBCC Principal Building Agreement Edition 6.2.

Respondents must have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 7GB or higher.

Tender documents may be obtained from www.spu.ac.za from 10:00 on Monday 24 April 2023.

Queries relating to the issue of these documents may be addressed using the website query function, or in writing to email  ipmo.queries@spu.ac.za.

A non-refundable tender deposit of R1000.00 will be required as part of the tender documents returnable.

The compulsory briefing session (clarification meetings) will be done physically at strategic project sites.

The closing time for receipt of on-line tenders is Tuesday 9 May 2023 08 May 2023 at 12:00 pm.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail, and late submissions will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
