Tender Notice and Invitation to Tender

Sol Plaatje University invites tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Dell Servers, Storage and Lync Gateway Hardware and Software for the Disaster Recovery and Data Centre Move Project at the Sol Plaatje University Campus, Kimberley.  The Sol Plaatje University will enter into a contract with the successful tenderer.

Only those tenderers who are registered as Official Partners with Dell South Africa are eligible to submit tenders.

Documents may be downloaded from the Employer’s website, www.spu.ac.za from 10:00 on Monday, 12 June 2017 onwards.

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12:00 hrs on Thursday, 13 July 2017 at the Tender Box, Entrance Foyer, Luka Jantjie House, Sol Plaatje Boulevard, City Centre, Kimberley – GPS coordinates 28°44'42.27"S 24°45'58.36"E. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
