Sol Plaatje University invites tenders for professional architectural services for renovation and refurbishment projects  within the Sol Plaatje University precincts over a 3 year term without a guarantee of the quantum of work.

The contracts will be based on the NEC3 Professional Service Contract.

Only tenderers who have suitable experience and suitably qualified personnel in providing similar services to those that are required are eligible to submit tenders

A compulsory clarification meeting with representatives of the Employer will take place at the Central Campus, Academic Building, Ground Floor, Retail Area on Monday 5 June 2017 starting at 10:30.

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12:00 on Thursday 29 June 2017. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
