E1.1   Notice and Invitation to submit an Expression of Interest

The Elundini Local Municipality invites expressions of interest from contractors to enter into a framework contract over a three year term without a commitment to a quantum of work to provide management contractor services relating to the Mount Fletcher infrastructure programme.

Contracts will be based on the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (Option F: Management contract).

Respondents must have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 6CE or higher.

Respondents must be a B-BBEE status level 5 contributor or higher and undertake to subcontract a minimum of 30% to an exempted micro enterprise (EME) or qualifying small business enterprise (QSE) as defined in the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2017.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representative of the Employer will take place at ELUNDINI MACLEAR OFFICES NO.1, SELLERS STREET, MACLEAR on 2017/06/07 at 12h00     

The closing time for receipt of submissions is 12H00, Thursday 15 June 2017.
