University of Limpopo (UL) hereby invites tenders from suitably qualified service provider for the provision of
comprehensive cleaning and hygienic services for the University of Limpopo.
Prospective bidders should note the following:

o A compulsory online c briefing session will be held on Thursday the 29 November 2021 from 11:00-12:30  an online meeting link:https://meet.google.com/gcf-bndv-qof?hs=224
o The closing time for receipt of bids is 12:00 pm on Friday 10 December 2021.
o All bids must be submitted through an online tender box at www.sabeex.co.za. (Bidders must ensure that tenders are
uploaded timeously in order to avoid disappointments.
o No hand delivered, faxed or emailed copies will be accepted. If a bid is late or delivered to the incorrect address, it will not
be accepted for consideration.
