The University of Limpopo invites tenders from experienced Services Providers for the supply and delivery of Personal
Protective Equipment for the period of two (2) years. Only tenderers who comply with the eligibility criteria stated in
the Tender Data are eligible to submit tenders.
Documents may be downloaded from the Employer’s website www.sabeex.co.za from 15:00 on the 19th November
2021. A non-refundable tender deposit of R5 000 payable by EFT in favor of the Employer is required should the
Tenderer decide to submit an offer.
The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12h00 hrs on 10th December 2021
Tenders are to be submitted online to the Online Tender Box that is located on the Tender Notice Page where
procurement documentation is downloaded. Detailed instructions for online submission are published with the
Online Tender Box.
An Online Briefing is presented from the website where the documentation is downloaded. This can be accessed
on-demand at any time before the tender closes. Tenderers are required to view the entire Online Briefing and
capture their particulars for submission at the end of the presentation, then print out the confirmation and include it
in their tender submissions.
