Notice and Invitation to submit an Expression of Interest

The University of Mpumalanga invites expressions of interest from contractors to enter into a Framework agreement to provide  services relating to the construction of buildings and associated site works on the University’s Mbombela Campus, as and when required over a 3 year term without a commitment to a quantum of work .  

The contract will be based on the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (Option C: Target contract with activity schedule).

Respondents must have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 7GB or higher.

Documents may be obtained from www.ump.ac.za  from 10:00 on 13 September 2021. 

Queries relating to the issue of these documents may be raised using the website query logging facility on the website where the documentation is downloaded.

The closing time for receipt of submissions is 12:00 hrs on 28 September 2021.
