Invitation to submit proposals

Suppliers appropriately accredited to supply and deliver laptops to a University are hereby invited to render their proposals to the Sol Plaatje University (SPU) as specified herein.

The return date for responses against this RFP is 12h00 on 23 September 2021  30 September 2021 delivered in the requested manner and to the address advised. Late responses will not be considered.

All the information contained in these documents and/or any other related media is strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent from SPU.

Suppliers are invited to submit proposals for the Supply and Delivery of Laptops.
1.1 Enquiry documents marked RFP: SPU-CFO-083-2021 may be downloaded from SPU’s website at www.spu.ac.za from 10H00 on Friday 10 September 2021.
1.2 Any and all queries in response to document RFP: SPU-CFO-083-2021 must be submitted in writing to Mr Sabata Mokhele at email: Sabata.Mokhele@spu.ac.za.
1.3 Proposals in response to RFP: SPU-CFO-083-2021 must be submitted via email, clearly marked RFP: SPU-CFO-083-2021 by no later than 12H00 on 23 September 2021 to spurfp.laptops@spu.ac.za.
1.4 Only proposals submitted on time via electronic mail to this electronic mail address will be accepted.
1.5 Faxed, hand-delivered, couriered etc. and/or late proposals will not be accepted.
