The University of Mpumalanga invites tenders for the relocation and construction of roads, parking areas, water networks, irrigation networks, fire water networks, sewer reticulation, chiller plant pipelines, storm water networks, data ducts and electrical sleeves and associated civil works within the Lower Campus of the University of Mpumalanga.

It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 7CE or higher.

Only tenderers who have suitable experience and suitably qualified personnel in providing similar services to those that are required are eligible to submit tenders

A compulsory clarification meeting with representatives of the Employer will take place at the entrance to University of Mpumalanga Mbombela Campus (– coordinates -25.437537, 30.98185) on Wednesday 16 November 2016 from 10h00 to 12h00 .

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 10:00 on Thursday 8 December 2016. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued. Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data.
