T1.1 Tender Notice and Invitation to Tender The University of Venda invites Quotations for the construction of a new classroom block at Vuwani satellite campus. The contract will be based on the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contract (NEC4 ECSC) It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 3GB or higher. Only tenderers who demonstrate suitable experience and have suitably qualified personnel and comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data are eligible to submit tenders. Documents may be downloaded from the Client’s website at www.univen.ac.za from on 28 August 2025 Queries relating to the issue of these documents may be addressed in writing using the website query logging facility. The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12h00 hrs on Date 11 September 2025. Quotations are to be submitted online to the Online Tender Box that is located on the Tender Notice Page, where procurement documentation is downloaded.
