Invitation:

Individual homeowners, other property owners and/or property developers are invited to submit proposals for the provision and/or development of off-campus student accommodation, inclusive of the operation and maintenance of such facilities offered.

1.1 Lease enquiry documents marked SHSTLE-2021 may be downloaded from SPU’s website at www.spu.ac.za from 10H00 on Friday, 04 September 2020.

1.2 Note that previous proposals submitted, which were accredited and/or shortlisted as an outcome of the prior processes i.e. RFPSH01, RFPSH02 need not be resubmitted in response to this RFP.

1.3 Any and all queries in response to document SHSTLE-2021 must be submitted in writing to Ms Refilwe Taunyane at email: refilwe.taunyane@spu.ac.za

1.4 Proposed bidders may elect to attend a non-compulsory briefing session as per details set out below 

1.5 Proposals in response to SHSTLE-2021 must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked SHSTLE-2021 by no later than 12H00 on Monday, 21st September 2020 in the SPU Tender Box, which is located in the Entrance Foyer, Luka Jantjie House, North Campus, Chapel Street, Kimberley (GPS coordinates 28°44'42.91"S 24°45'59.55"E).

1.6 Only proposals submitted on time in the Tender Box will be accepted.

1.7 Faxed, e-mailed, couriered etc. and/or late proposals will not be accepted.
