Tender Notice and Invitation to Tender

Sol Plaatje University invites tenders for Supply and Installation of Audio Visual Equipment within the Sol Plaatje University campuses in Kimberley. The Sol Plaatje University will enter into a contract with the successful tenderer.

The contract will be based on the NEC3 Term Service Short Contract.

Only those tenderers who demonstrates they are a current Extron authorised reseller and have a certified Extron Control Professional in their full time employ are eligible to submit tenders.

There is no briefing meeting for this tender.

Tender documents may be downloaded from the University’s website at www.spu.ac.za from 10:00 on 10 February 2020.

The Employer will respond to requests for clarification received up to five working days before the tender closing time. The Employer shall issue an addendum until three working days before the tender closing time.

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12:00 on 12 March 2020 at the at the Tender Box, Entrance Foyer, Luka Jantjie House, Sol Plaatje Boulevard, City Centre, Kimberley –  GPS coordinates 28°44'42.27"S 24°45'58.36"E.

Tenders may only be submitted on tender documentation that is issued.

Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late submissions will not be accepted.
