| Tender Notice Description: | Tender Notice and Invitation to Tender The University of Zululand invites tenders for professional architectural services within the University of Zululand’s KwaDlangezwa and Richards Bay Campuses, located within the Umhlathuze Local Municipal area, over a three year term without a guarantee of the quantum of work. The contracts will be based on the NEC3 Professional Service Contract. Tenderers who are B-BBEE status level 1 to 5 contributors and are Exempted Micro Enterprises (EME) or Qualifying Small Enterprises (QSE) are prequalified to submit tender offers in accordance with the provisions of the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2017. Only tenderers who have suitable experience and suitably qualified personnel in providing similar services to those that are required are eligible to submit tenders Documents may be obtained from the University of Zululand website www.unizulu.ac.za from 10h00 on 14 October 2019. The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12h00 on Monday, 4 November 2019. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued. |
