Tender Notice and Invitation to Tender

Sol Plaatje University invites tenders for the supply and delivery of student laptops, lab desktop computers and server to the Sol Plaatje University Campus, Kimberley. The Sol Plaatje University, will enter into a contract with the successful tenderer.

Only those tenderers who demonstrate their current registration as HP and Dell Partners (any level of certification) with HP and Dell South Africa are eligible to submit tenders.

There is no briefing meeting for this tender.

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12:00 on 14 October 2019 at the at the Tender Box, Entrance Foyer, IT Help Desk, Central Campus, C001 (Moroka Building), Ground Floor, (26 Scanlan Road) Kimberley – GPS coordinates 28°44'53.9"S 24°45'50.3"E.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
