Sol Plaatje University invites tenders for the Design, Supply and Installation of High Mast Lighting on the Sport Fields and Official Multi-Coded Hard Courts on the Sol Plaatje University campuses in Kimberley.  The Sol Plaatje University, will enter into a contract with the successful tenderer.

The contracts will be based on the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Short Contract.

It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 4 EB or 4EP or higher.

Only tenderers who can demonstrate they have suitable experience and comply with the eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Data are eligible to submit tenders.

Tender documents may be downloaded from the University’s website at www.spu.ac.za from 10:00 on 31 July 2019.

The Employer will respond to requests for clarification received up to five working days before the tender closing time.  The Employer shall issue an addendum until three working days before the tender closing time.

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12:00 on 15 August 2019  27 August 2019 at the at the Tender Box, Entrance Foyer, IT Help Desk, Central Campus, C001 (Moroka Building), Ground Floor, (26 Scanlan Road) Kimberley - GPS coordinates 28°44'53.9"S 24°45'50.3"E.

Tenders may only be submitted on tender documentation that is issued.

Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late submissions will not be accepted.
