Notice and Invitation to submit an Expression of Interest

The Sol Plaatje University invites expressions of interest from contractors to enter into a framework contract over a three-year term without a commitment to a quantum of work for the construction of synthetic sports fields and official multi-coded hard courts on campuses of Sol Plaatje University, as and when required.
Contracts will be based on the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (Option C: Target Contract with Activity Schedules).

The closing time for receipt of submissions is 12:00 on 6 May 2019 at the Tender Box, Entrance Foyer, IT Help Desk, Central Campus, C001 (Moroka Building), Ground Floor, (26 Scanlan Road) Kimberley – GPS coordinates 28°44'53.9"S 24°45'50.3"E.

Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of submissions are stated in the Submission Data.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late submissions will not be accepted.
