Sol Plaatje University invites tenders for the supply, installation and commissioning of a comprehensive Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) which is integrated with the current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system comprising the ITS and academic time tabling program inclusive of subsequent licensing and system maintenance as is required to manage its property and real estate portfolio located in Kimberley, inclusive of all associated facilities management services.

A compulsory site clarification meeting with representatives of the Employer will take place at the Central Campus, C001 (Moroka Building), Ground Floor, Room 039, (from Scanlan Road) Kimberley– GPS coordinates 28°44'54.08"S 24°45'48.82"E on 26 February 2019 starting at 10:00.

Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data.
