Tender Notice and Invitation to Tender

The University of Mpumalanga, Mbombela Campus invites tenders for the supply, installation and commissioning of MV electrical switchgear for two new switching stations at the proposed Hill and Orchards Campuses for the new University of Mpumalanga in Mbombela.

The contract will be based on the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (Option B- Bills of Quantities).

It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 7EP or higher.

Only tenderers who have suitable experience and suitably qualified personnel in providing similar services to those that are required are eligible to submit tenders.

There will be NO Compulsory Briefing Meeting.

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12:00 hrs on Tuesday 5 March 2019. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
