Sol Plaatje University invites tenders for the supply and delivery of student laptops and lab desktops to the Sol Plaatje University Campus, Kimberley.  The Sol Plaatje University, will enter into a contract with the successful tenderer.

Only those tenderers who have current registration as HP Partners (any level of certification) with HP South Africa are eligible to submit tenders.

There is no briefing meeting for this tender.

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12:00 hrs on Friday, 23 November 2018 at the Tender Box, Entrance Foyer, Luka Jantjie House, Sol Plaatje Boulevard, City Centre, Kimberley – GPS coordinates 28°44'42.27"S 24°45'58.36"E.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.

Late submissions will be listed on the website but the original documents will not be returned.
