Notice and Invitation to submit an Expression of Interest

Central University of Technology invites expressions of interest from contractors to enter into a framework agreement to provide services relating to the construction of buildings and associated site works on various Central University of Technology Campuses, as and when required over a 3 year term without a commitment to a quantum of work.

The contract will be based on the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (Option C: Target contract with activity schedule).

Respondents must have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 6GB or higher.

Documents may be obtained from www.cut.ac.za from 10:00 on Monday 30 May 2022.

Queries relating to the issue of these documents may be raised using the website query logging facility on the website where the documentation is downloaded.

Responses are to be submitted online to the Online Tender Box that is located on the Tender Notice Page where procurement documentation are downloaded.

The closing time for receipt of submissions is 12:00 hrs on Wednesday 15 June 2022

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail, physical and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
