University of Mpumalanga invites tenders for Professional Project Management Services for construction works projects within the University’s precincts over a 3 year term without a guarantee of the quantum of work as per the framework agreement provisions in the contract documentation.

The contracts will be based on the NEC3 Professional Service Contract.

Only tenderers who offer suitably qualified personnel experienced in providing similar services to those that are required are eligible to submit tenders.

Documents may be obtained from www.ump.ac.za from 10:00 on Monday 24 October 2022.

Queries relating to the issue of these documents may be addressed using the website query logging facility.

A compulsory on-demand Online Briefing is presented from the website where the documentation is downloaded. This can be accessed on-demand at any time before the tender closes.

The closing time for receipt of on-line tenders is 12:00 on Tuesday 6 December 2022.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail, physical and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
