Tender Notice and Invitation to Tender

 University of Mpumalanga invites tenders for the Load Management System Implementation for the Mbombela Campus

Contract(s) will be based on the NEC3 Supply Contract (First edition as amended April 2013) .

Only tenderers who demonstrate suitable experience and have suitably qualified personnel and comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data are eligible to submit tenders.

The pre-qualification criteria for preferential procurement are that only  tenderers who are B-BBEE status level 1, 2 ,3 or 4 contributors may respond to this tender notice and invitation.

University of Mpumalanga will enter into a contract with the successful tenderer.

There will be no Briefing Meeting.

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12h00 (noon) hrs on Tuesday 21 July 2020.

Tenders are to be submitted online to the Online Tender Box that is located on the Tender Notice Page where procurement documentation are downloaded. Detailed instructions for online submission are published with the Online Tender Box.  

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
