Sol Plaatje University invites tenders for Supply and Installation of Audio Visual Equipment within the Sol Plaatje University campuses in Kimberley.  The Sol Plaatje University, will enter into a contract with the successful tenderer.

The contracts will be based on the NEC3 Term Service Short Contract.

Only those tenderers who demonstrates they are a current Extron authorised reseller and Extron control professional certified are eligible to submit tenders.

There is no briefing meeting for this tender.

The Employer will respond to requests for clarification received up to five working days before the tender closing time.  The Employer shall issue an addendum until three working days before the tender closing time.

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12:00 on 15 August 2019 at the at the Tender Box, Entrance Foyer, IT Help Desk, Central Campus, C001 (Moroka Building), Ground Floor, (26 Scanlan Road) Kimberley - GPS coordinates 28°44'53.9"S 24°45'50.3"E.

Tenders may only be submitted on tender documentation that is issued.
