1. Tender Notice & Invitation to Tender

Companies fully accredited to provide media services are now invited to render their proposals for the University of Venda (UNIVEN) at their facilities in Thohoyandou as specified herein and by the General Conditions of Offer. All documents must comply with the conditions set out herein.

Documents can be downloaded from the University Website www.univen.ac.za

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12h00 (noon) hrs on Tuesday 2 July 2024.

Tenders are to be submitted online to the Online Tender Box located on the Tender Notice Page where procurement documentation is downloaded. Detailed instructions for online submission are published with the Online Tender Box.   

A non-compulsory online clarification meeting with representatives of the UNIVEN  will take place on 12 June at 10h00 (am).

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail, physical, and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted using the tender documentation that is issued.

Requirements for preparation, uploading, submission, opening, and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data.

A non-refundable deposit of R650.00 can be deposited into the Univen bank account as follows:

Proof of payment of the tender deposit must be included in the tender submission.
